Dislocation of the distal interphalangeal

Dislocation of the distal interphalangeal

The finger joints are often more complicated than they seem. The fact that they are small gives us leeway reduced, which has to be very precise and calculated. If we had, we can cause inflammation, they reduce the joint space, already small, and the finger has no possibility of movement. We can see how, in the first photo, the middle finger is unable to flex the distal interphalangeal joint. In the middle picture, is showing signs of bending and in the last photo, is able to flex more. At this point, the patient must make periodic checks only, because time is on our side. As loses finger swelling / inflammation, will be easier to win joint balance.
